Who We Are

IC Fundación is a non-profit corporate foundation that was established in 2010 as a result of several years of social commitment by IC Constructora and its allied companies. In our foundation, the desire for capital to have a social function goes hand in hand with the mission of helping to develop associative business projects.

Our Objectives

  • Support the consolidation and growth of associative businesses led by vulnerable populations.
  • Have a positive impact on families of the associates and communities where the supported projects take place, contributing to social cohesion.
  • Support the development of local leaders’ entrepreneurial abilities..
  • Help associative companies to gain access to institutional financing.

What do we believe in?

  • That the company is the vehicle that generates the most sustainable income/social impact over time.
  • In associative processes.
  • In the value of alliances.
  • In empowering people to help themselves.

Who We Support

We work with vulnerable population organizations (with a minimum of 10 members), located in any part of the country, that have a business project underway and can demonstrate:

  • That they have a legal status and are up to date with their obligations (taxes, social security contributions, etc.).
  • Over two years’ experience in the project for which funding is required (with demonstrable sales).
  • Administrative capacity in the management of the company/association.
  • That they have not received credit resources from commercial banking.
  • That their revenue-generating project can generate a significant social impact in the community.

Credit Requirements

IC Fundación only provides associative loans. The characteristics of our loans are described as follows:

  • Between 10 and 300 million pesos.
  • Maximum 5-year term.
  • The interest rate and deposit required depend on the conditions of the project and are defined on a case-by-case basis.
  • Resources provided by IC Fundación cannot be used as payment for financial obligations.
